Shipping & return policy
At Nature’s Flavor, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Since our pickles are food items made in small batches, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
If the ordered product is unavailable and payment has already been made.
If the product is damaged during delivery. In such cases, customers may be requested to share clear photographs of the damaged item for verification.
If the order is lost in transit and delivery is not completed.
Nature’s Flavor reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. We may also request additional information from the customer to successfully process an order. In case an order or any part of it is cancelled, the customer will be notified accordingly.
If a cancellation occurs after payment has been successfully processed, the refund will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed on the Nature’s Flavour website are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or the next working day, depending on product availability.
We ship and deliver orders throughout the week, including weekends, subject to courier partner schedules.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing the tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime by entering your order number and registered mobile number on our tracking page.
Damaged or Broken Items
We ensure careful packaging for safe delivery. However, if you receive a damaged carton or broken jar, please share clear photographs of the damaged package with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the delivered food items do not need to be returned. You may consume or dispose of them as you prefer.
